VIP Gondola Club Information:
What is the VIP "Gondola Club"?
- The VIP "Gondola Club" offers exclusive food, drink and the absolute best in Balloon Festival and entertainment viewing. Located strategically in the heart of the field, the "Gondola Club" will be the center of activity. Rub elbows with the pilots and learn all the ups and downs of flying a Hot Air Balloon. During the Festival, there will be seven separate events held at the Gondola Club. Don't miss out, get a VIP ticket for one or more of these great events. Buy the VIP "Exclusive Pass" and become a Patron Partner (good for any four of the seven meals served during the event). This is the overall best value. VIP tickets and Exclusive pass are good for entry into the Gondola Club anytime during the festival.
- The "Gondola Club" features a large heated tent with a fenced courtyard patio. Tables and chairs fill both areas with a capacity of 300-400 VIP friends. The VIP restrooms are clean mobile restrooms with running water and (not "port-a-pottie's"). There will be snacks, soft drinks and water throughout the day. Additionally, there is a fully stocked cash bar and a beer station at the club. At each major event time, special breakfast and dinners will be served. See the descriptions below for more details.

VIP Gondola Club Tickets & Passes:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday;
"Morning VIP Ticket" $30.00 - Children under 12yrs. $20.00
- Every morning at the "Mass Balloon Ascension," the Gondola Club will be serving a complete Buffet Breakfast. This includes eggs (benedict)/omelettes, pancakes, potatoes, bacon, ham, fresh fruit, assorted muffins and cereals as well as all sorts of drinks. After the balloons take off, head down to the shoreline and watch the pilots test their skills at splashing and dashing their gondolas in the bay. For the best viewing seat at the morning launch and a great breakfast too, be sure to get a Morning VIP ticket. This ticket is valid for entry into the Gondola Club anytime and for a single morning meal event for one day.
"Thursday Evening VIP Ticket" $40.00 - children under 12yrs. $26.00
- At the Thursday "Evening Balloon Glow", "Meet the Pilots" will be the theme at the Gondola Club. A very large spread of Hors D' Oeuvres will be served. You will make it a complete meal. Plan to be there and "Meet the Pilots." This VIP ticket is valid for entry into the Gondola Club anytime and for a single meal event Thursday evening only.
Friday Evening VIP Ticket $60.00 - children under 12yrs. $40.00
- Friday Evening marks one of the largest events of the festival, the spectacular "Hav-a-Glow" and entertainment. Just as the sun sets it becomes a photographer's paradise with balloons held to the ground and burners blazing to music and the beat of the crowd. It looks like a giant forest of huge brilliant colored Chinese lanterns all aglow. At the Gondola Club VIP members have the absolute best seat and a full buffet dinner as well. After dinner you can turn your attention to special VIP entertainment. The Friday Evening VIP ticket is valid for entry into the Gondola Club anytime and for a single meal event Friday evening only. There is a limited quantity, so get a ticket early - everyone is going to be there.
Saturday Evening VIP Ticket $60.00 - children under 12yrs. $40.00
- Saturday Evening marks the largest event of the festival, the spectacular "Field of Fire" and entertainment. Just as the sun sets it once again becomes a photographers paradise with balloons held to the ground and burners blazing to music and the beat of the crowd. It looks like a giant forest of huge brilliant colored Chinese lanterns and a huge "Field of Fire." At the Gondola Club, VIP members have the absolute best seat for viewing. There will be a wonderful full buffet dinner and live entertainment. After dinner you can turn your attention to dance floor and special VIP entertainment. The Saturday Evening VIP ticket is valid for entry into the Gondola Club anytime and for a single meal event Saturday evening only.

This pass is a great value and includes all the features and benefits listed in any four of the single event times and meals listed above. This is the ultimate in VIP treatment. All Exclusive VIP passes come with a VIP parking pass and event pin. Buyers of Exclusive VIP passes, purchased before December 1,will also be listed in the program.
